A Joyful Noise

The Psalter is the official prayer book of the Church as well as a personal source of divinely inspiried offerings to God, expressing the entire gamut of human thoughts, emotions, sufferings, aspirations, gratitude, and even despair.  For three thousand years, Jews and Christians have expressed their kpraise, joys, and sorrows through these faith-filled verses.

A Joyful Noise explores the traditional monastic approach to interpreting the psalms, dating back to the early desert fathers and mothers and used for lectio divina.
