This collection can be used in two ways, it contains six "suites" of music and readings for meditation. One may simply listen through,and the entire collection becomes a meditative experience.

The other option is to use one of the suites for a meditation period. After the initial reading and instrumental, there will be three strikes of the bell. Simply press "pause,"spend the time desired for meditation, and hit "pause," spend the time desired for meditation, and hit "pause" again to end your period of meditation with a song and a reading from Scripture.
