Thomas Keating OCSO, is one of the architects of the Contemplative Prayer Movement started in 1975 at St. Joseph's Abbey in Spencer MA.  He is the author of many books, including Open Mind, Open Heart: The Contemplative Dimension of the Gospel.

Laurence Freeman, OSB, is the spiritual guide and director of The World Community for Christian Meditation, an international and ecumenical network of meditators, groups and center.  He travels and teaches widely around the world and is the author of many book, including Jesus: The Teacher Within.
