Short Talks to Prepare for Meditation (3 CDS)

These are very short talks (5 to 7 minutes) by Fr. Laurence, followed by music, 25 minutes of silence and ending with music. Sit down.  Sit still and upright.  Close your eyes lightly.  Sit relaxed but alert.  Breathe calmly and regularly.  Silently, interiorly begin to say a single word.  We recommend the prayer phrase MA-RA-NA-THA.  Recite it as syllables of equal length.  Ignore all distractions.  Meditate each morning and each evening for 20-30 minutes.
